Job Description

  • 須了解Fan /Pump /Radiator / Pipeline / Connector / Coolant / Cold Plate 零件規格與相關工藝技術
  • 能夠獨立對應客戶時程與規格, 並產出內部研發專案時程與使用PLM 專案管理
  • 有Liquid Cooling / Air Cooling 相關產品轉量產經驗, 並可制定相關Reliability Test Plan

  • 若為液冷Liquid Cooling專業, 須能設計與優化 Open loop 或Close Loop 零組件與系統整合

The Successful Applicant

  • 工作經驗年資3年以上
  • 液冷/氣冷相關產品經驗, 需有實際量產專案
